A LITTLE HISTORY...
John, our chief guide, has been involved in sheep & cropping farming all his life. Our affinity with stewardship of the land goes back to the heritage of John's Father & Grand Father, who farmed in Marlborough.
John is committed to organic principles. All our stock are grown organically, but some are specially selected to become "lamborganic". Our independently processed meat cuts, presented under our own brand, proven by Farmers Market clients & chefs to possess that "something different" (available for purchase during your visit, great for the BBQ).
A CRAZY LITTLE WILD TRACK
Seeing the opportunity to use some of our land that was marginal for farming, that needed clearing from noxious weeds & opening up for native plantings & access, the track was born. A chance to get creative, not to mention a great excuse to play with machines & shift dirt!
He wanted to create a track that "surprised". We didn't want a "walk in the park". We'll let you be the judge!
FUN FOR EVERYONE!
Not wanting anyone to miss out on a good time, we added extra activities that could involve all ages & give us another excuse to play some more!
